Tarsis Carrion's journey is a testament to the American spirit of perseverance. Arriving in New York in 1994 she embarked on a mission to carve out her path to success. Diligently overcoming language barriers, Tarsis pursued higher education and earned her degree from NYC Technical College.

Starting as an apprentice in the printing industry, Tarsis demonstrated her dedication and quickly advanced through the ranks. Eventually, she found herself as a print buyer at Macy's.

Over 14 years, Tarsis thrived as a Project Manager, accumulating invaluable experience that ultimately led to securing a Director’s position in 2013. Driven by her entrepreneurial vision, Tarsis founded Quick Ship Office, a respected provider of furniture products and services. Under her leadership, QSO has cultivated partnerships with both esteemed global companies as well as small family businesses. The company's expansion includes the establishment of an E-commerce furniture boutique and the introduction of the QSO-branded line, featuring innovative office solutions for hybrid offices.

Scott Lesizza has dedicated his entire professional career to the office furniture industry. His journey began at Humanscale, one of the world's premier furniture manufacturers. Throughout his tenure at Humanscale, Scott consistently distinguished himself as the top sales representative.

In 2002, Scott embarked on a new chapter by founding Workwell Partners, a distinguished furniture dealership located in the heart of midtown Manhattan. Over his 16-year tenure at Workwell, Scott worked with some of the worlds most recognized companies and developed a passion for designing custom furniture solutions based on client needs.

This passion led to Scott founding Slyde Innovations in 2016, a manufacturer office storage and space divisional products. In 2018 Scott joined forces with QSO, a minority-owned distributor specializing in curated office furniture solutions.

Today, both Slyde Innovations and QSO stand as leaders in the industry, collaborating with some of the world's most prestigious companies to create dynamic and accessible office environments that prioritize employee well-being and productivity. Scott Lesizza continues to drive innovation and excellence, shaping the future of the modern workplace with his visionary leadership and unwavering dedication.
